This was my first experience planning an event of this size and from the moment I initially spoke with Gabriela, I trusted that we were in good hands. As Event Coordinator, she answered all of my questions & concerns in a timely, friendly and professionally manner. She assured me that we would have delicious food, plenty of it and that we would be sure to impress our guests. Carrie immediately made me feel comfortable, confident and calm with the process, she was extremely organized. Our menu was a combination of Station Appetizers and Passed Appetizers. The presentation was beautiful – the table arranged in a tiered style adorned with lovely fresh flowers and every inch of space covered with exquisite appetizers. To maximize our space, Carrie & Gabiela arranged to have both station and tray passed appetizers. Professional staff mingled amongst our guests carrying trays full of fresh & impressive items – from Chicken Pesto on a Crostine, Caprese Rustic Tarts, Salmon Fish Cakes and the most popular and delicious of all … the Mini Beef Yorky!!
